If you're here, you should have already read the complete Call for Participation, including the all-important LABORATORY POLICIES section.  In case you haven't, check it out here:

Don't worry if you don't know exact answers to everything.  Approximate ones, "maybes" or flexible answers are totally fine.

When you're done with the form, please send your illustrations, budget, plan, etc. to projects@wandbnyc.com, as per the SUBMISSION PROCESS instructions in the Call for Participation.

Finally, be sure to come to our participation socials / meeting / walkthroughs on Mon 5/7, Thu 5/24, Tue 6/12. 7:30pm-10:30pm in Dumbo. RSVP to info@wandbnyc.com to attend. Free food and drink will be provided!
